STEMVillage Summer Camp – Week 2, Day 5 Highlights

We wrapped up Week 2 of STEMVillage with a day focused on creativity, expression, and celebrating what we’ve learned! Campers combined engineering, science communication, and artistic design to reflect on their week of exploration.

Drawing Bugs – Campers used popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, and other craft materials to create bug models. Along the way, they explored vibration and rigid, and static friction.

Science Fair Posters – To showcase their learning, each group created science fair posters highlighting their favorite projects from the week. With support from instructors, students practiced communication skills, scientific thinking, and teamwork as they prepared their final presentations. It was a fantastic conclusion to a week of curiosity, collaboration, and discovery. We’re so proud of everything our campers accomplished!
